Mark Nash aka Dr Bike will take you through basic and essential bike maintenance including

• how to do a safety check,
• easy adjustments on gears and brakes,
• plus a 20 min section on how to repair/replace a puncture.

There will be an opportunity for participants to ask specific questions about their own bikes as we go along. A mixture of theory and presentation with some hands on practice at the end. Small groups – five participants per workshop. Excellent value.

All under 16s need to be accompanied by an adult
